- Delivery options
- Upon checkout you will be given the option to input your desired delivery address, this will incur a flat delivery fee of R150 on orders under R1500 and a free option will be available to orders exceeding R1500.
- The flat rate and free option are available nationally however in the case of outlying areas we reserve the right to amend the price after consultation with our delivery partner, The Courier Guy. You will be notified if there is a challenge on delivery and are permitted to cancel your order should there be an increased delivery cost that you are not willing to pay. Similarly there may not be a delivery option to your area, in this case we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
- You will have an option to collect from our offices, this does not incur a delivery charge. You will be notified once the order is ready for collection. See more under the collection procedure.
- We make use of standard national delivery, this means you can expect delivery in 1-3 days to all major centers. We endeavor to ship all products as soon as possible and will advise you if there are delays.
- Collection procedure
- Once you have selected the collection option during checkout you will need to wait for a notification that the goods are ready for collection before coming to our offices.
- You will be required to produce identification and sign in at the gate and front desk upon arrival.
- Please inform the front desk that you are there to collect an order and have your order number to hand.
- Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 16:00 pm, afterhours or weekend collections prohibited.
- Showroom
- Visits to our showroom are by appointment only.
